I speak, teach and host at conferences, festivals, and institutional convenings across Africa and beyond.

Event curation and hosting

I take on a small number of events each year as curator, moderator, and sometimes host, building the program, selecting the speakers, shaping the sessions, and running the room on the day.

Where the goal is deal flow rather than discussion, I build matchmaking into the design.

Keynotes, masterclasses and workshops

I speak to two audiences, often at the same event.

For investors and institutions: how the creative industries actually work as an asset class, where value and upside concentrate, what type of capital to deploy, and how to develop an investment process that works for the sector.

For creative entrepreneurs: the business and finance side of running a creative company, including building sustainable creative revenue models, managing volatility, what investors are looking for, and how to get a business into a position to raise. Based on the content of my book Creative Cash Flow.

Formats range from a 20-minute keynote to a multiple-day program. I also moderate panels, round tables and fireside sessions as a standalone booking.
